Transfer services from the car park to the terminals start at 4:00 am. The last minibus leaves the car park at 1:50 am for T1-T2. Customers who request a pick-up between 2:00 am and 4:00 am will be picked up at the first transfer at approximately 4:10 am or they can go by their own means (taxi, uber, cabifay, etc) to the car park to pick up the vehicle. Dirígete to the car park facilities. Once there, with your vehicle parked, a minibus will take you to the Departures Terminal of your choice (T1 or T2). The shuttle bus stop is located in the same area as the car park reception and departures are immediate with a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes. If you wish to go to T4 you will be transferred free of charge to Terminal 1 and from there you can transfer to the free AENA shuttle buses to T4. The AENA shuttle service between terminals is available 24 hours a day and every 5/10 minutes. If you wish, you can also select the extra "External transfer service to T4" with an additional cost of 30€ round trip, the service will be provided with vehicles from the car park or third party transporters (taxi, uber, cabifay, others).
On your return, and once you have your luggage, call the telephone number on the ticket we provide at the time of reception. At Terminals 1 and 2 the transit time is 5 minutes and at Terminal 4 the transit time is 10 minutes. If you have selected the "external transfer service T4", please call the car park as soon as you have collected your luggage to arrange your transfer.

Description of Parking Naranja (Madrid)
Orange Parking is located 5 minutes from Terminals 1 and 2 and 10 minutes from T4, offering a free minibus transfer service to Airport Adolfo Suárez - Madrid - Barajas, (T1,T2). Parking open 24 hours a day with outdoor parking spaces and covered parking spaces with supplement. It also has surveillance cameras for greater security and other additional services such as vehicle washing. At times of high occupancy it may be necessary to leave the keys, the car park is responsible for the keys and the vehicle.
Parking Naranja includes free transfer to terminals T1 and T2. Customers wishing to go to T4 can opt to be transferred free of charge to Terminal 1 and from there they can transfer to the free AENA shuttle buses to T4, the AENA shuttle service between terminals is available 24 hours a day and every 5/10 minutes. Customers who for any reason return later than the date of their original booking (whether or not the car park has been notified of the delay) will pay the public parking rate per day, with the first day of delay being the general parking rate per minute until the first day is completed and then consecutively each day until the vehicle leaves the car park.
Parking Naranja no transfers in their minibuses to places other than the stops at the airport terminals, we do not transfer to hotels or other locations that are not expressly authorized by the company. We do not accept vehicles larger than 5 mts. under any concept, customers who arrive at the car park even with the reservation made, paid or not, will not be provided the service due to the impossibility of operating space.
